There are two things that I like about Bree Lind.

Besides the obvious fact that she is HOT, she is also very ambitious! Personally, there’s nothing more attractive than a woman who knows where she’s going – and believe me, Bree is going places!

WBFF PRO Diva Fitness Model, Magnum Nutraceuticals sponsored athlete, and CEO of her own clothing line, World Wide Workout Wear; these are but a few of Bree’s recent achievements! Indeed, she is an example of how hard work, dedication and consistency equals success.

WBFF Bikini PRO Ingrid Romero│Interview

WOW.

In just 10 months, Ingrid Romero has taken the fitness industry by storm. But don’t take my word for it; one look at her mantelpiece and you will soon discover that the Spaniard placed 1st and Overall Champion in her division at the 2011 Arnold Classic and more recently, finished 2nd in the PRO Bikini category at Paul Dillett’s 2011 WBFF World Championships. In addition, she placed 1st and Overall Champion at the NPC Excalibur Championships in December last year.

I can see why Ingrid has a Facebook fan base of 6000+ strong – besides her will to win, she is friendly, informative and down-to-earth, not to mention that she is stunning! Having done my homework, I discovered that she also has a vision – to build a brand! This intrigued me, and so I invited her over to find out more. Interview after the cut.

Vegetarians│Q & A

When I first began brainstorming ideas for Blogybuilding.com, I made myself a promise: that the information I (and now we) provide would, in some way or another, cater for everyone regardless of age, gender, or ethnicity.

A few days ago I received an interesting question. Without revealing his name, he asked:

“Hi I need some advice on how to lose a little belly fat and what kind of diet do I need to follow if I’m a vegetarian, and what exercises are required. Thanks.”

According to the Hindu Newspaper, India’s population has more vegetarians than the rest of the world combined! Furthermore, with the Sheru Classic (held in India) having took place this weekend gone, I felt that now is as good a time as ever to answer. Read my reply after the cut!

The WBFF │Notes on a Scandal

Over the past few days, the WBFF has found itself in the midst of a PR nightmare.

Three of the organization’s top athletes have relinquished their PRO cards amongst claims of corruption. While David Kimmerle refused to give any reasons for his exit, it can be confirmed (via Facebook) that Ingrid Romero and Obi Obadike have both accused the WBFF of unethical behaviour. Stuck in a rut? Shock it up!

To physically progress, you must understand that the human body is designed to adapt to stress.

Over the past 3 weeks, I have seen myself go from strength to strength as I attempt to regain and exceed my former strength. Much of this is owed to change. Before I even step foot into the gym I tell myself that I’m stronger than I was this time last week. Even if I’m not, the fact that I have told myself otherwise is enough. You see, weightlifting is a mental game; to change physically, you must first change the way you think. So, instead of giving yourself reasons why you can’t, give yourself reasons why you can.

Protein Pancakes

In a hurry? Give this a go!

I remember when I first started training; I used to experience these insane sugar cravings. Back then, I knew no better and would usually cave in and consequently, cheat on my diet.

With time comes experience, and so today I would like to share with you a staple recipe found within the dusty archives of many health and fitness blogs – protein pancakes or crepes, whichever you prefer!

I love this recipe. Sure it tastes goooooood (that’s a given), but for me it’s all about convenience – this is a great recipe for those on the go! More overleaf.
